Our warehouse is located in Denver, Colorado, and all orders are prepared and shipped from within the U.S. 

We currently ship to U.S. based customers only.

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day after it is placed. We’ll send you an email to let you know when your order is on its way!

Order Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

•         Free shipping for orders $75+: 2-5 business days.
•          Standard shipping:

o   USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days.

•           Expedited shipping:

o   USPS Priority:  1-3 business days.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ohdita.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
