At Ohdita, we care deeply about your satisfaction. While we hope you love every purchase, if you need to make a return, please read our Return and Request Policy below to help make the process smooth.

  •           You must have a customer account to be eligible for returns.
  •            All returns must be made within 14 days from the day the order was received.
  •           We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

RETURNS ARE PAID BY CUSTOMERS

  •      To return an eligible item, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to make sure your return reaches us safely.

 

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

  •      Due to health protection and hygienic reasons products’ original packaging must be sealed and in its original condition to be eligible for return.
  •       Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, removed from their original packaging or worn.
  •      Sale items with discounts of 25% or more, as well as items marked as FINAL SALE, Clearance (including FLASH SALE items), cannot be returned.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

  •     Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@ohdita.com.
  •      We take pride in offering only quality products, so defects are uncommon. However, if it happens, contact us right at info@ohdita.com. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  •       We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

  •          Log into your account or click here.
  •          Select your order and request a return.
  •          Click the order that you want to submit return for.
  •          Select the items you want to return.
  •          Select a return reason.
  •          Click Request Return.
  •          Wait for a confirmation email with return instructions from us.

 

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURNS AND SHIPPING?

  •          Use the same shipping box you received the products in.
  •          Print out the return confirmation email and include it in the box so we can identify your return.
  •          Remove all old shipping labels.
  •          Pack the products carefully and tape the box securely on all sides.
  •          Take your item to a post office and pay for shipping.
  •          We recommend noting your tracking number for the items you are returning.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SHIP MY RETURN?

  •          Once we receive the return, we will do an inspection of the returned items.
  •           You will receive and email once your refund is issued.

 

REFUND DETAILS:

  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up in your bank account.
  • Purchases made via debit, credit card (including prepaid gift cards) will be refunded to the original form of payment. 
  • For purchases made with an Ohdita Gift Card, a separate E-Gift Card will be issued for the refunded amount.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Additionally, we are not liable for returns lost in transit or for any extra charges that may arise.

 

WHAT IF I RETURN ITEMS PAST 14 DAYS OR IF THEY DON’T MATCH ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?

  • If items are returned past the 14-day limit or don't match eligibility requirements, we will not issue a refund. We can offer to send the items back to you at your expense.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY?

  • Please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed, so please ensure a secure location for your deliveries.
